Your RLS is a good starting point. How did you come to use 'emotion' as a way of knowing from this? Your KQ is good but would work better if you replaced 'to what degree of certainty' with 'to what extent'.
So I was first thinking about how and why most Americans do not want to initiate an attack on syria and I have concluded that it will cause a bad affect on the US, therefore most Americans see the attack as a 'BAD' thing. So I assumed that their personal emotions towards the safety of their relatives affect their judgment on whats 'GOOD' and 'Bad' and thats how i came up with that KQ.
Very good RLS, however I think it would have been a lot better if you used 'reason' as a way of knowing in your KQ rather than 'emotion'. Perhaps also instead of a vague 'good and bad', a more specific 'wrong or right' [= well done though!
